I love this more than chocolate. Blue Light Blocking Glasses Did you know that our computers and mobile devices emit a blue light that tricks our brains into thinking it’s daytime? This is great when you need to get work done through the day and need to stay awake but spending late nights retouching or reading off a computer screen, tablet or phone is really detrimental to our quality of sleep. The sun sets our natural body clocks. Sunset is supposed to be a trigger for our bodies to produce melatonin. It’s crucial for good physical and emotional health that our bodies produce enough melatonin. Low melatonin rates have been associated with cancer, weight gain and depression. Love your sister: my shoot with Samuel and Connie Johnson

On February 14, 2014, Australian actor Samuel Johnson completed a 15,955 km unicycle journey around Australia, broke the world record for the longest unicycle journey. He’s now raise almost $2 million for breast cancer research.   When Samuel first told me about his plans to ride a unicycle around Australia I thought he was crazy. I also thought he was inspiring, courageous and an absolute legend. I’m so honoured to be a sponsor of Samuel and Connie’s Charity, Love Your Sister. We did the photo shoot just before Samuel embarked on his world record-breaking unicycle trip because doctors had warned Samuel that Connie may not survive the next 12 months. It has now been almost two years since I did that shoot and loveyoursister.org is well on its way to raising millions of dollars towards Breast Cancer research. Connie and Samuel have just finished their first book, Love Your Sister...
