Blue Light Blocking Glasses

Did you know that our computers and mobile devices emit a blue light that tricks our brains into thinking it’s daytime?

This is great when you need to get work done through the day and need to stay awake but spending late nights retouching or reading off a computer screen, tablet or phone is really detrimental to our quality of sleep.

The sun sets our natural body clocks. Sunset is supposed to be a trigger for our bodies to produce melatonin.

It’s crucial for good physical and emotional health that our bodies produce enough melatonin.

Low melatonin rates have been associated with cancer, weight gain and depression.

I began noticing that when I was up late retouching files or writing my quality of sleep that night was really poor.

I did a bit of research and discovered my new “Call me Bono” sunglasses. They are specially designed to block blue light. Since I’ve been wearing them I’ve noticed a huge improvement in the way I sleep. I’ve also started writing really cool love ballads.
