How to pose and direct an anxious person

The mere thought of being photographed is a frightening experience for most non-supermodel or Instagram influencer types. 

Some people experience fear or anxiety during the photoshoot. This may be due to a previous photoshoot disaster or poor confidence or the feeling of loss of control.

Most of these people can be easily calmed with some basic direction but others will need a slightly different approach.

In this tutorial, Gina shares her favourite directing hack for working with anxious models. 

It’s a visualisation technique that she created and it’s super easy. It will replace awkward, uptight smiles and cold eyes with warm and authentic smiles.
